Platform care is for sites with a client portal, a staff desk or a connected CRM, like our dealer platform. Bigger jobs, such as a new page, a new section or a redesign, are quoted before any work starts.

What counts as a small edit?

Changing words, prices, hours or photos, adding a menu item or a team member, swapping a banner. If it needs new design work or a new page, we quote it first and you decide.

How do I ask for a change?

Email us in plain words, with a photo if it helps. We confirm what we'll do, make the change and tell you when it's live.

What if I want to leave?

Your domain is already in your name. We hand over a full copy of the site and help point your domain at the new host.
